FUNDRAISING TO COVER THE COST OF
THE RENEWAL OF  OUR CHURCH BUILDING

Together we can do this!

Please look at our fundraising booklet to see if you can help.

British Pounds

Huge thanks to the members of our congregation who have been using the Easyfundraising scheme. This has now raised over £1,100 (£1,105.21) in donations from retailers, at no cost to our shoppers! This money goes to our building fund, covering the cost of the renewal of our church buildings, so they are fit to serve those who worship in the church, and fit for use by the wider community too.

Online holiday/flight bookings and insurance renewals could raise hundreds of pounds for us, so if you haven’t already signed up, please consider doing so.

2023 Flower Festival

23rd to 25th June

Many thanks to all who helped with, exhibited and visited the very successful Flower Festival, including the Evensong on the Sunday afternoon.

The displays all looked wonderful, despite the hot weather and the standard was very high. Our 'News' page shows pictures of the winning displays.

Following confirmation of a match funding payment of £500 from Handelsbanken UK, the final profit from the Flower Festival  totals £2275! This amount will contribute towards the outstanding costs of our building project.

The Williams Girls raised a massive £3049 towards the cost of our development project, with their 24 hour silence. Well done to all four!

SOUTH WEST COASTAL PATH COMPLETED!!!!

MINEHEAD TO POOLE: 630 MILES in 6 WEEKS

This was certainly an adventure for Jack; falling off his bike on the real coast path, and “travelling” through some beautiful places on the way. Places which he'd like to visit again to see properly, especially Cornwall. Jack's favourite part of the “journey” was definitely Dorset, an area he knows well. Jack is thrilled by the generosity of the donations he received, totalling £809, and thanks everybody for their support.

If you would still like to contribute to Jack's fundraising, you can donate via his Just Giving page: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/jackedwards2022
