How to join the parish electoral roll...

Thank you for visiting this page to find out more about how, and why you may want, to join the St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, Electoral Roll (ER).

Being on the St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, ER means that you can vote on Church matters, attend the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and stand for election to the St Lawrence Parochial Church Council (PCC).

Last year was a special year in which the electoral roll was compiled again from scratch. Therefore, no names were carried over from the previous electoral roll. As a result of this, anyone who wanted to be on the St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, ER last year needed to apply, even if they were on the previous electoral roll.

The current St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, ER is open for new applications and revisions until Friday 03/04/2026, ahead of the 2026 APCM on Sunday 19th April 2026. If you applied to be on the St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, ER last year, you do not need to do anything. If you want to be added, you must complete an application form and hand it to the parish office.

The updated ER will then be displayed at the back of our church for a limited time, so people can check for errors. Please let Lindsay Baxter (Electoral Roll Officer for St Lawrence Church, Eastcote) know of any amendments that need to be made by sending her an email.

If you have any questions about the St Lawrence Church, Eastcote, ER, or would like further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact Lindsay Baxter (Electoral Roll Officer for St Lawrence Church, Eastcote).
